Accidentally committed the VS14+ version of iconv.zip under the name of iconv.zip which should have continued containing the VS12 and earlier version of iconv.zip. Now put back iconv.zip to containing the VS12 and earlier version, and introducing the iconv-winVS14-VS2015-plus.zip which is the same zip file but modified as per the GS-README at this folder level. And removing the gs-libiconv-winVS14-VS2015-plus.zip file which was a slightly older libiconv used by linux for GS and which is replaced by iconv-winVS14-VS2015-plus.zip
