Related to prev commit. Part 2 of: The Expat.so I built on the uni machine against a perl 5.30 I compiled up there did not work. But having successfully compiled up GS3 on the WMTB server, the GS compile process generated an XML-Parser Expat.so that is larger and which WORKS so collections can finally be built. And the same Expat.so when copied into a GS3 binary install, also works to build collections through the GS3 binary installation. So I'm replacing the non-working version on SVN with the working version built on the WMTB server.
