SVNClientAdapter Library License

This license applies to all portions of SVNClientAdapter library, which 
are not externally-maintained libraries (e.g. JavaHL or JavaSVN).

Such libraries have their own licenses; we recommend you read them, as
their terms may differ from the terms below.
