reran the xsl for the new format, and modified xsl files. hopefully only small formatting things have changed :-)

Then, a checkbox controls whether the collection should be publicly accessible. Finally comes the "Collection Description" text area as described in <a href="creatingacollection.htm">Creating a New Collection</a>.</p>
