Message:

Edited main mg makefile to prevent it from compiling or attempting to
install the stuff in src/images and src/scripts (i.e. the stuff that's
not used by Greenstone). I'm undecided about whether I should rip
all this stuff out of the distribution completely, for now I've left
it there.
