1. Adding the 7zipped (for windows) version of the import folder containing filename-encodings testset. 7zip seems to preserve the special chars and their underlying bytecodes on the Vista and XP at least (and the test collections are only for us anyway); 2. Moving TestDocs.zip out of the filename-encodings subfolder in trac, since it's a regular set of mixed docs, not really related to filename encodings.
