Katherine suggested adding the ref to the new gs2-image replaceList into the template collectionConfig file. Ideally it should be added in just for image collections, but until we work out the best way to do that, it still needs to be present by default in collection config files (else the user will have to manually keep adding the gs2-image replaceListRef reference into their img collection's config file repeatedly on rebuild.
