Changes:

• config.guess, config.sub updated to recognise Mac OS X
• Makefile.in improved so doesn't rebuild each time
• libole2/ms-ole.[ch] improved for cygwin (configure says no working mmap)

Tested on MacOS X, Cygwin, linux and solaris2.6. (Well, it would have worked
on solaris if our machine didn't have a beta libpng installed...)
