Moving the cpan HTML::... perl modules to inside perl-5.8 as these only seem to play nicely with the .dll that accompanies it in the perl-5.8/auto folder. Caused problems with activate.pl note returning any content, even though the 'ping' was successful. The empty body then failed the activate.pl sub-string test for 'success'
