Updating to pdfbox-app.jar version 1.8.2, since it does not have the fi, fl ligature problem that, which removes the fi prefix from words like first and file and removes the fl prefix from words like flexible. This bug is present in 1.8.3 to 1.8.5 (or the stray bold tags in 1.8.3 and 1.8.4).
