1. Adding the new Windows version of the formatconverter executable, formatconverter.exe. Tested this worked in GS2 and GS3.05 (works even on 3.05) on 32 bit, and GS3.06 on 64 bit. If running manually need to hit Ctrl-Z to send EOF and then hit Enter to register EOF. 2. Statically-linked 32-bit linux binary of formatconverter. Tested on Linux Ubuntu 32 bit VM and 64 bit CentOS linux. To be tested on Mac leopard and mountain lion.
