Changes required to the commoncrawl related Vagrant github project to get a vagrant vm with (just) hadoop and hbase of the versions required for nutch 2. Includes GS_README. Haven't yet actually installed nutch on my vagrant VM, but wanted to capture all the changes for its vagrant VM so far.
