Mapping file for an encoding that matches a Kazakh Helvetica font (​http://www.unesco.kz/ci/projects/greenstone/kazakh_fonts/helv_k.ttf and helv_k1.ttf (bold)). Since Kazakh is a superset of Russian, this encoding (and mapping file) is also suitable for Russian.
