This collection is based on the original demo collection that comes with 
Greenstone2. I built the collection using Greenstone2, then copied it 
across to Greenstone3. I ran the convert_coll_from_gs2.pl Perl script to 
generate the collectionConfig.xml and buildConfig.xml files, then edited 
them by hand. I also generated new images for the collection, based on its 
new name.

The changes I made were:

collectionConfig.xml:

* Changed the English name and description displayItems, and removed the other language items, as they no longer are an accurate translation.
