This extension was developed under Cygwin on Windows.  It has not be tested
on any other OS.

Start by sourcing the developer setup file:

  source ./devel.bash

  Note: For now the easiest thing to do is to first of all edit 
  JAVA_HOME, ANDROID_SDK_HOME in this file and change to valid values 
  for your environment
  
Then run in order:


  ./RESET.sh 

  ./CUSTOMIZATION.sh
  
  ./REBRAND.sh



Notes:

  RESET.sh when run the first time will untar the i-jetty-src tarball 
  Subsequently running this will first delete the i-jetty-src folder,
  followed by untarring the provided tarball.

  If you are behind a proxy, change the conf/settings.xml in maven folder:
