Cannot download more than 500 OAI records using GLI

Description
It is impossible to download more than 500 OAI records using GLI because this value is hard-coded into:
http://trac.greenstone.org/browser/trunk/gsdl/perllib/downloaders/OAIDownload.pm
It should be a parameter the user can set in the download panel.
