GLI client: changing gliserver.pl in Preferences

Description

Running GLI client. Change the library and gliserver address in Preferences. Now it doesn't work properly. THe open collection is not valid anymore. Get errors when shutting down and when restarting cos the collection is invalid. - Need to save and close an open collection when the library and gliserver addresses are changed.

Check this is still a problem. Anu made some changes that may have fixed this on the way.

After closing any open collections, a bigger problem remained: if you try to open an existing collection after changing the gliserver or library path urls, then you are still shown the collections in the previous Greenstone DL server. The changes were not propagating.

Took Katherine's advise on this and did forced a restart of GLI whenever GS is remote and the gliserver or library path url are changed by the user through Preferences.
