Description
in order to display right to left languages appropiatly the gli interface file shoulde be edited so the components orientation coulde atoumaticaly change when changing from one rtl language to a ltr one .

gli dictionary class inhance so it would get the languages orientation

the dictionary.java file was inhance so it would get the orientation from the Component.Orientation element in the Dictionary.propeartes file so in the gui classes we can handel the component orentation by geting the languages specific orientation from its dictionary file

all the Gui classes with there compinenr Orientations set to change with languages specific Orientation

I have had code from Amin in January 2009, so I assume it postdates this. So I am closing the ticket.
the files are going to be added as soon as theyve bin checked again .
