6Gb catalina.out logfile created by GS3 on Puka

This is hogging up a lot of space and is being constantly appended to. Need to find a way of managing this data. Perhaps by truncating the file by a certain amount each time or hunting down what part of the Tomcat webserver is outputting all those statements and change the settings of it (maybe so it outputs statements to the log only on warning or error?)
