MP3Plugin does not get used when building the first time

When you add an MP3 file into a collection and OK the dialog offering to add in the MP3Plugin, and then try to build the collection, it warns you that the MP3 file could not be recognised or processed by any plugin. This is even though the MP3 plugin is already in the list of plugins in use.

Building the same collection a second time and it is recognised. If I removed the MP3Plugin from the list of plugins in the Design tab and the mp3 file as well and then added both in again, the same problem occurs during the first build. Perhaps this is due to the plugin not registering until a build cycle is complete?

Fixed. Need to save the coll config file at the point where we add the new plugin in.
