mgpp search results order

Currently, results order is tied in with some/all - some is ranked, all is build order. This was to keep it the same as mg. But some people want the results always to be date order for example. We need to separate the some/all and ranked/natural order options so you can do natural some and ranked all searches.

And as this will involve modifying the query interfaces, maybe we can make an easy way to remove some options from query form.
