I have noticed that although only the sender's name is given in the >From field in the Archives collection when a message is sent from a registered user to the users list, the sender's email address (with "at" instead of @) also appears in the From field when the message comes from a non-registered user address. I also see that email addresses in the texts of the messages, are not parsed out. I am thus wondering about the consistency of the policy of not including the senders' email addresses which I had assumed to be for protection of confidentiality. Shouldn't we either parse out all email addresses or include them all?
As we have a policy of not displaying user email addresses, we should parse out emails from the text. Is this easy???
