Absolute paths in archiveinf- doc and src gdb files

Description
Now the absolute paths in archiveinf- doc and src gdb files are replaced with @PLACEHOLDERS@ to standard GS paths when the db files are written. These are then also replaced with the standard GS paths when the db files are read back in.
