Un paramétrage est nécessaire pour ce faire ; voir http://wiki.greenstone.org/wiki/index.php/Scheduled_Collection_Building_from_the_Librarian_Interface. L'onglet "Options de programmation" sur le côté gauche de la vue Créer présente une liste d'options qui contrôlent le processus de programmation. L'option "programmer" doit être sélectionnée pour entreprendre la programmation. Les autres options concernent : la fréquence de construction ; le choix d'ajouter une nouvelle programmation, de mettre à jour une programmation existante, ou de supprimer la programmation existante ; et les détails d'adresse email si des messages de confirmation par courrier électronique sont souhaités.</p>
