Dr Bainbridge fixed another bug in the releasekit: the new ghostscript included with the new imagemagick tarball for ElCapitan doesn't work well when launched from gs-magick.pl to convert PDFs to images. So we've renamed this gs to unused within the tarball. That forces Greenstone to find an older ghostscript within Greenstone but outside Greenstone's imagemagick
