Updated version: had forgotten a jar dependency in pom.xml needed to use RDFConnection; Code also tweaked as a result of testing with Fuseki for Manifest ingest. The code as written assumed the a RDF model could always operate transactions based. Not so when Fuseki an external endpoint. API includes a class to test is transactions supported. Code mode uses this
