Adding the binary of getpw used by the configure-admin target of gsicontrol.bat to set the password of the administration. Previously this used to be compiled up, thereafter it was excluded from compilation because it couldn't be compiled on Vis Studio Express (which is also used for compiling with DEBUG flag turned on). So the idea is t now just commit the binary.
