The demo collection now has an oai-inf.gdb database, since for GS2, demo is listed in etc/oai.cfg as supporting OAI, but we're no longer writing the fake [oai] classifier to the index.db, so without an oai-inf.gdb and no oai entries in index.db any more either, doing an OAI ListRecords or ListIdentifiers will show errors if only demo collection is active.
