Making the RSSRetrieve ServiceRack active by default once more, since the way its presence or absence is controlled has changed: set a gsf:option with name attribute RSS and value to true in any of the format elements of collectionConfig.xml to display an RSS feed link in the relevant sections. An associated commit of header.xsl in GS3's interface files is to follow.
