pdftohtml version 0.36 -- thanks John McPherson!

The changes made were:

  • added a configure script and Makefile.in so that we can tell it where to copy for "make install"
  • fixed the code so that it uses the correct encoding for the metadata such as title (submitted as a patch to the author, so hopefully will be there in future versions)
  • minor change to work around mac os X gcc bug
  • Property svn:mime-type set to application/octet-stream
