Message:

Changed build version to 2.1 because of recent changes to plugins and
extra build time statistics. All collections with a build version of 2.0
can still be displayed using the latest software and most can still be
built. The exceptions are the Arabic and Chinese collections (I'll create
new releases of those collections).
