Fixed initial contents of gsdlsite.cfg (autoenter 0, startbrowser 1) and glisite.cfg (autoenter 1, startbrowser 0). These files can be included in the installer as-is. They do not contain template values for gsdlhome that the installer needs to replace, as the server will work out what that is.
