To turn the sort-using-unicode-collation option of the generic List classifier on, need to have the official ​http://www.unicode.org/Public/UCA/latest/allkeys.txt file in the Include path's Unicode/Collate folder. Can't add this to linux' system perl lib, but INC contains perllib, so adding this to perllib and have checked that List.pm finds it there. Need to remember to get an updated version of allkeys.txt for each new release of Greenstone.
