Part of previous svnexternals related commit: setup.csh is now also obtained from greenstone2, and no longer needs a duplicate in gs2build. Previous commit was: Setting svnexternals property to point to setup.bat and setup.bash of Greenstone2 since the gs2build setup scripts are going to be deleted shortly. Tested the Greenstone 2 setup scripts on building a collection containing a word doc, on both Linux and Windows
