A couple more changes to the tutorials. The first one is a correction to the Assoc Files tutorial: need to gather pdf01.pdf not pdf03.pdf, since the first is identical in content to word03.doc. Re-instating the instruction to label of the sole search index field, having now updated the GS3 interface xsl (header.xsl) to bring this back
