Commented out the search term highlighting section of the Enhanced PDF tutorial. This works for Acrobat Reader, see http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/pdf_open_parameters_v9.pdf. However, Firefox uses PDF.js (PDF Viewer) to display PDFs and Chrome has its own PDF viewer too or has switched to PDF.js (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/overview-dev/ztqLWDAk2LE). I have not yet been able to find out how to do search term highlighting in a PDF using URL parameters in PDF.js without changing PDF.js code, see https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/1875. Asking DL users to change their firefox settings from using PDF Viewer to open PDFs to using Acrobat Reader is possible but not meaningful, see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/943439#answer-386212
