New wvWare binary which hopefully overcomes the /tmp problems with the
previous one (i.e. it didn't work on systems without cygwin registry
entries). The new binary was still compiled with cygwin but used version
0.7.2-3 of the wv source code from the GnuWin32 project
(​http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuwin32). The GnuWin32 version contains
a few patches that the original wv distribution does not.
