Dr Bainbridge said filenames classifier not really useful, but if we ever use it, it should be sorted by filename, have Filename: prefix and appear before title. Commented out filenames classifier after setting it to sort-leaf-nodes by filename. Can't make it appear before title and prefix 'Filename:' to its browse info display without ending up editing the custom display-metadata template definition in global format or making a large copy of that and editing this further customised version. Since this classifier is to be commented out anyway, it doesn't have to be done until made visible.
