Something weird was going on with the number of Chinese translations needing updating on GTI (the number was constantly jumping down by many when only 1 dummy translation had been inserted). The reason was that the Chinese translation files (collectionConfig_zh.properties files) of 3 of the DEC collections had backslash-r instead of backslash-n. Awfully annoying mistake I'd made, although I thought I fixed up newlines across DEC collections' properties files one language at a time.
