AUTOCOMMIT by gen-model-colls.sh script. Message: Rebuilding GS3 model collections after 1. Updating the import/xml/23/text/*.txt files to contain utf-8 characters instead of ANSI characters that would not properly display and would sometimes break diffcol; and 2. Having recently committed Dr Bainbridge's addition of setting PERL_HASH_SEED=0 (in addition to having PERL_PERTURB_KEYS=0 already) to ensure that the perl call 'keys' on a hashmap returns a consistent ordering between builds too, so that diffcol can more accurately compare between model and test collections and various classifiers (notably AZCompactList) won.
