Dr Bainbridge fixed a recent change to expldoe_metadata_database that had broken exploding the MARC sample file for the MARC GS3 tutorial (doc_OIDs were defined, but set to the literal string of NULL). This has been fixed by Dr Bainbridge now. Furthermore, with the exception of a debug statement, explode_metadata_database.pl--for-gs311 had already been merged into explode_metadata_database.pl at some prior point (concomitant with SplitTextPlugin.pm--for-gs311 being now the operative version of SplitTextPlugin, which is connected with exploding also). Therefore this commit also svn deletes explode_metadata_database.pl--for-gs311.
