343import.assocfile_copymode:Controls how files associated with a document (aka associated files) are formed in the 'archives' directory. If you are unsure which option to use, set this to 'copy' as it is guaranteed to work with file-level document-version history in all cases. In contrast, setting this to 'hardlink' will help reduce overall disk usage, however if you are also using the file-level document-version history feature of Greenstone then more care needs to be taken over how files in the 'import' folder are updated.  If using 'hardlink' then when you come to add a new version of an existing file into 'import' it must be *moved* in rather than copied. This is so the hardlinked version in 'archives' stays separate from the new version, thus enabling this older archives version of the files to be correctly stored as part of the file-level document-version history when the collection is next built.

345import.assocfile_copymode_copy:Make a fresh copy on the filesystem in 'archives'.

347import.assocfile_copymode_hardlink:The 'copy' made in archives is actually a hardlink back to the version in the 'import' folder.
