Initial version of Kazakh interface, from ​http://www.unesco.kz/ci/projects/greenstone/index.html. Note that on this page the macrofile names are incorrect (they have been swapped). The macrofiles also contain formatting errors in the package descriptions; these have been fixed. One of the macros in this file was also named as _collectionextra_ instead of _collectorextra_.
