Message:

Renaming of z3950_server.* to z3950_proxy.* This was done to better reflect
the role this class performs (comminication with a remove server). With
the introduction of Z39.50 server for Greenstone (colservr) this also helps
to minimise any confusion or conflict over the names being used.
