Description

GLI should save what type of rebuild is necessary in the .col file, so it isn't lost when the collection is closed

This should get better once we have full incremental building.

David has done incremental building now. Does this problem go away?

This might not be such a good idea - if GLI is confused then closing and opening GLI is a good way of flushing out the inconsistency.
