Description
In GEMS, add values, then in GLI, show the values in the existing values tree, and don't allow typing in the box, only allow selection from the predefined list.
[kjdon] - GLI now handles a predefined (may or may not be restricted to these values) set of metadata values. still need to do the GEMS side of things.
