cd-rom exported collection search problem

Hello all,

I recently upgraded to greenstone 2.80 on windows 2000.

I have a collection of pdfs indexed with lucene. It works fine in my PC but when I export it to CD-ROM the searches return no results. The classifiers work fine however. The command I used to export the collection is:

perl -S exportcol.pl -noinstall [collectionname]

Any ideas on what may cause the problem? Thank you.

Lucene collections don't work on exported cd-roms, due to problems with finding java and perl.
