Better base collection handling

Description
When you 'base this collection on' another one in GLI, then you should also get macros, perllib etc.
Because there is an arbitrary number of possible folders in a colleciton, we decided that it shoould copy everything except import/archives/building/index

Now, metadata sets are handled correctly (ie just uses the ones the base coll had) and all folders except a specified list are copied over.
