demo collections in group

Description
David's collection group thing has ben fully implemented (I think. David?). FOr the UNESCO cd-rom should we look at putting the collections into a group so there is only one icon for them on the home page?
It advertises the feature and makes the homepage a bit nicer.
For the DEC release, maybe they could be in a group folder too??

The collections are now in svn, and there is a top level etc folder which puts them in a group.
Make sure the release keeps this structure - see ticket #526
