metadata ordering in GLI

Description
The metadata sets have an order, and this is kept in Enrich panel. However, in the drop down lists in index/classifier/plugins etc, the order is not maintained. They are in alphabetical order. Can we make these places respect the element ordering too? will need to use MetadataSet.compareElements or something I think.
